Buffalo Early Birds is a daily, online only, co-ed open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous. We have a regular beginners' room, focused on early sobriety and the first three steps of A.A.'s program of recovery. We also host breakout rooms every day, dedicated to the reading and discussion of our cherished program literature (and on weekends, small group discussions). Our daily "Conscious Contact" meditation and prayer fellowship runs from 6:30 AM until the start of the regular meeting (same Zoom ID and password). Reading excerpts from the Big Book and Twelve and Twelve, we ask God to direct our thinking and conclude with any prayer intentions we have for the day.
