Meeting Notes

This is an online open meeting. We are the Sister group of the face to face Conscious Contact group which meets in York, PA on Wednesdays at 8PM. Open meetings are available to anyone interested in Alcoholics Anonymous' program of recovery from alcoholism. Non-alcoholics may attend open meetings as observers. Conscious Contact Online meets on Sundays at 8PM EST. The first 40 minutes are open discussion and the last 20 minutes are spent in guided meditation. No special knowledge of meditation is needed and we are theologically agnostic. We deeply embrace the concepts of a loving Higher Power, a respect for each persons journey and believe that the Steps are not something we do so much as something that we become.
