MyMeetings, operated by GSkis, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the MyMeetings mobile application ("App").

Our philosophy is simple: We collect only what is necessary, and we never sell your data. You can delete everything instantly at any time, with no exceptions.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect as little information as possible. Our approach is to only ask for data that directly provides value to you. No data is collected unless it is needed for a feature you choose to use.

We collect only the following:

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address or username. This is the only personal identifier we ever store.
Sobriety Tracking Data: Days sober, meeting attendance records, and sobriety milestones. This data belongs to you and is only stored to power the App’s features.
Device Information: Basic, non-identifiable analytics such as device type, operating system, and crash reports. We use this information solely to keep the App stable and improve it over time.

We do not collect your real name, phone number, address, contacts, photos, location, biometric data, payment information, or any sensitive health information. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Enable you to track sobriety days and meeting attendance.
Provide reminders, milestones, and app content.
Maintain and improve the App’s functionality and user experience.
Analyze anonymized usage trends to improve app features.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:

Secure servers and encrypted storage where applicable.
Access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App’s features and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Our data retention practices are as follows:

Account Data: If you create an account, your profile information and sobriety tracking data are retained on our secure servers for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account at any time directly within the App. When you delete your account, all of your personal data is permanently and immediately erased from our systems. There are no residual copies or anonymized retention.
Analytics and Crash Data: We collect only non-identifiable usage statistics (device type, OS version, crash reports) in aggregate form. When you delete your account, any analytics data associated with your usage is also permanently purged. No data that can be linked to you is retained for any purpose.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months may be flagged for deletion. We will attempt to notify you via the email address on file before taking any action, giving you an opportunity to retain your account. If no response is received, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

We do not retain your personal data indefinitely for any reason. We do not sell your data, we do not keep anonymized copies after deletion, and we do not store your data beyond the periods stated above. 5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Period. We have never sold user data, and we never will. We do not share, trade, rent, or barter your data with anyone for any commercial purpose.

The only circumstances under which we may disclose your information are:

If required by applicable law or a valid legal request (such as a court order).
To protect our legal rights or prevent harm where required.

We do not use any third-party advertising networks, analytics companies that collect personal data, data brokers, or any SDKs that sell or share user data. Your sobriety tracking data is completely private. It is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than providing you the App's features.

6. Your Choices

Account Deletion: Immediate & Complete You can delete your account at any time directly within the App settings. When you do, all of your personal data is permanently and immediately erased from our servers. There is no waiting period, residual copy, or anonymized data kept. There is nothing left to request or follow up on. If you encounter any issues, contact us at hello@mymeetings.co for assistance.

There is no need to contact us separately for data deletion. Deleting your account in the App is the complete and final action.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Emergency Disclaimer

The App does not monitor user activity in real-time. If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted within the App, with the updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.
