Digital intake

Create forms that fit the house workflow

Build and assign

Create forms with sections and fields, then assign them to a resident or across a house. Supported cadences include on join, one time, daily, weekly, and monthly.

Collect and review

Residents can save draft responses and submit completed forms. Staff can review submissions, add staff notes, and use configured response mappings to place information into organized resident profile fields.

Issue notifications

Assignments can use email and mobile-notification settings for supported issuance paths. Delivery is best effort and does not block form issuance when a device token, email address, or provider is unavailable.

Admissions workflow

Invitation, join, activation, roster, status, move-date, and resident-detail workflows support the path from admission through graduation or removal.

Drug-testing workflow

Keep scheduling, pending work, and test history connected

  • Log drug tests and edit recorded results.
  • Schedule random resident selections and track pending tests.
  • Review test history on the resident record.
  • Surface pending tests in operational dashboard attention queues.

MyMeetings organizes the workflow and recorded result. It does not perform laboratory analysis, provide medical interpretation, or replace a residence’s testing policy and chain-of-custody procedures.

Incident records

Document what happened and what followed

Staff can log incidents with severity, resolution actions, and follow-up. While a record is being created, pattern callouts can surface repeat incident history so staff can see relevant context before completing the entry.

Meeting check-ins, drug tests, incidents, form submissions, and file-upload activity can appear together in the resident activity timeline, creating a chronological operational view.

House visibility

Bring the attention queue into one dashboard

The operator dashboard can surface attendance gaps, open forms, pending drug tests, incidents, sobriety milestones, and other items that may require staff attention. Analytics can be filtered by resident and reporting period, and dashboard data can be exported to CSV or PDF. Resident face sheets can also be generated for recordkeeping and external handoff.

Access remains role- and house-based: residents use the MyMeetings mobile app and limited form experiences; they are not given the staff dashboard.
